The calm in between storms......

Well we were supposed to get a lot of freezing rain last night but we didn't so we had school today. It did rain a lot today and if it all freezes tonight i might not have school tomorrow because of it. Yeah! WE didn't have scholastic bowl yesterday so we are having it next Monday which is also auditions for the school play which i might join. IDK. I also won a game on eBay last night and i can't wait 'till it arrives. It might be in tomorrow or the next day. I hope it is.

Field Trip!

Well we went on a Bio field trip today and its wasn't that great. My freshman year when we went to see this guy it was great but this year he sucked. Even the teacher though so. He was just way to serious. He'd say something funny and he'd say to a group why are you laughing this ain't funny because the topic was cancer and yada yada yada. Oh well.

Well we had another Scholastic Bowl meet tonight at home and we rocked. We won both of our matches. In the first one i saved the day at the end thanks to me being in calculus and we stomped the team in the second one. So i am happy and it was fun. I'm waiting for supper and I'm starving. Don't want to forget to watch Heroes tonight and need to work on my drawing too.

Well just because i want to try out this e-mail feature i will see if this posts. Well i just finished the White Gryphon and the deer is about done being butchered. All that's left is the hind legs. So right now were going to have lunch of sandwiches. So TT y'all later.

I need to go to sleep later or wake up later. I keep waking up like 30 minutes before my alarm. Its a bit annoying. I also hope we do go to the mall today so i can go to Walden books to buy some books i want that weren't on my list because i just read them.
Its surprisingly warm today at about 50 and its raining. Its also really muddy because all the frozen rain we got yesterday melted.
Well, like i said before my sister got a deer yesterday and today about half an hour ago my uncle got his last one. Since both my father and my sister got 2 deer we gave one away during first season and my aunt is here right now to to help butcher my sister second deer for herself. Deer is actually really good and its very lean. Matt never did make a podcast yesterday. Hopefully to day he will. Othello is certainly a weird story and i actually had pretty good progress on my drawing last night though i still can't get the mouth right. I'll have to do some searching.
I think I'm going to make and post a list of dates I'm waiting for. Tat sounds fun., BTW If you visit Matt's blog you can see his list of places he visited on Wikipedia that were linked to each other. Its was quite cool.

Its FRIDAY! So school was boring like usual. Would you have guessed that? LOL This weekend I plan on reading a bit and maybe coming up with a drawing. I might post it. I just finished Owlknight the last of the Owl trilogy by Mercedes Lackey. Now I'm going to start reading The White Gryphon seconds in the Mage wars series which is another of her series her and her husband write. We still doing the solar system in Physics. Did you now the moon is constantly falling 1/20th of an inch? its true. It never crashed into us because we are moving out from under it. Its quite interesting. the weather is nice and cold here. Sis didn't get a deer today. :(
we started reading Othello by Shakespeare today. Its quite interesting.

The Week after Thanksgiving

[9:04PM]OK. So thanksgiving was fun. Didn't see Matt all weekend. When shopping on Black Friday. Picked out some gifts for other people to buy me, bought my sister's gift. Traffic wasn't too bad. Its was in a Smallish city. Was there from about 9-2. Found a great new book series, Maximum Ride by James Patterson. Still haven't presented my English project for class, maybe, i don't know what they did after i left for scholastic bowl. Won two, lost one tonight. The movie is great. Uploading to YouTube right now. Should be done quickly. You probably wouldn't get the movie at all if you haven't read the book but its still funny at parts as it's mostly improv. We had some sketchy lines we decided to say but the rest was pure improv. Bloopers I have to say are the best.
Which reminds me i can't wait till The Golden Compass comes out. I so want to see that.

Scholastic Bowl!

Yeah! School was boring. Test in Physics, homework in Calc. More boring AP Bio and we have filming to do tomorrow for the movie were doing for our lit circle project.
We had our first meet today for scholastic bowl. We lost all three matched but technically won one because the one team forfeited because they didn't come. oh well JV one two of 3 with the one forfeit i believe so its not bad for the first meet.

Deer Hunting II

Yeah so we have gotten our limit of deer. Both my sister and father did. My sis just got her last this morning. Yeah this means no seconds season hunting. If you didn't know shotgun hunting season starts the Friday before Thanksgiving to the next Sunday and second season goes from Thursday to Sunday the week following Thanksgiving. You can get one or two permits depending on a bunch of things mostly how many people sign up for permits because there is a finite amount. you can also only ask for one instead of two and if your lucky you can if you want get three permits.
Were going to start butchering them today, we gave one away but that still leaves like 5 i think, so that's be fun like it always is.

We had Career day at school today. I got a cool pen. Its was so boring but i got out of calculus and today was thanksgiving dinner! YUM! we had pumpkin pie. YUM! It was delicious.
I'm talking to Psy right now and its fun.

We did have fun i physics today. We were going over a quiz and someone didn't get what the picture was showing. It was depicting a strobe light and where an object was when the strobe flashed so the teacher got out a strobe light, man did it look old. It was huge and we had fun with it in class throwing stuff up in the air and trying to catch it at various speeds of flashing. Then the one kid danced. Its so much fun having a small class. I love small classes and that's how all of mine are.

Yeah. Opening day of shotgun deer season is tomorrow. Its kind of funny that in our school it is an excused absence on that day. :P I won't be going but a couple of my friends will. I don't go deer hunting because i can't sit still very long not moving but i do love other kinds of hunting. I get to have a cool breakfast that morning at like 4:30-5:00ish am. My dad'l be out as well as a bunch of uncles. My sister will be out in the afternoon when she gets home from college. her classes end at noon. so i hope they both get a deer tomorrow.

This is part two since today is Friday and yesterday was Thursday and they are both in the title.

Well. I think i did good on my physics lab.
I have to finalize my P&P essay this weekend.
My friend are freaking idiots. [sarcasm]Its always good to mess around while doing a lab[/sarcasm] We still didn't finish the lab.

We had a veterans assembly today and it went well. We had a 21 gun salute like always after the assembly after the outside ceremony & Taps. I love the smell of gunpowder, no I'm not a pyro though one off my friends is.

Yeah for lost writing portfolios at school. I'll have to see where it might be on Monday.

Well. today we have to turn in our graduation order form for all out announcements, cap, gown, etc, etc, etc....

I finished my lab. yeah! but i have been working on it 6th hour every day for the past week or so. I'm still waiting for my peer reviews on the wiki. But as usual the probably will wait till the very very last second to post it. Procrastinators. But i do it sometimes as well.

Psy is back. yeah but he might still be gone for a while. I hope he gets and explanation for us soon. I miss his Blogcasts.

So yeah today our rough draft essay is due on the wiki. So i did that though glad its a rough draft because it sucks. I wonder what kind of feedback i will get?

Well my desk is finally assembled. yeah. now to put stuff in it and i have to have homework on pen and paper probably before i use it. idk.

Matt is still gone and I'm getting worried.

Well lets see oh yesterday i learned in physics all about the measuring the radius of the world from the BC to present and it was quite interesting. Oh course who else but the Greeks create a unit with no standard measure. A stratum was from about 154 meters to about 214 meters or something like that.
Oh. I wish the Us would go metric. Metric is so simple but no we had to create out own system. :P Though its weird that the British have different size ounces and gallons than the US.

I did really good on my calculus quiz. I only missed 1 point and that was because i forgot a negative sign on one number. :( *MAD* oh well i still did well. Now everybody else. OW. Well i know i got the highest grade because he mention to someone else they had the second and they scored less than me so its good but oh well its not like a really care that much. bother. Today looks to be another boring day.

I wish my friend would get back from his vacation soon. well its just tomorrow but i hope he has fun. They went to North Dakota to go hunting. How fun!

Yeah for more papers. I have a physics lab to do, another one, but i'm almost done. I have another English one due about Pride and Prejudice. I also have one to do for a college application so thats first on my list of things to do right now. I even get the unfun, idk it might be fun, activity of voluntering tomorrow since i need to get three communtity sevice projects for NHS. Well off to right my paper. which reminds me. Where's matt? He hasn't blogged in a while.

Well like the title alludes too. I have a test today. Actually 3. Well, one test and two quizzes but same diff.
One in physics. Its Joe Physics in Africa! I don't know where he came up with the title or the idea for these themed quizzes but whatever. An elephant jumps in from of Joe's, car..... Yeah. Weird but that's my teacher!

Second is Calculus. Same teacher as physics. Fun class. So easy. We have a quiz today on derivatives. how boring. oh well . it should get harder soon.

Finally Bio, but its a review chapter. We learned bio chem in bio one. and i did very well. Its such an easy section. Its all on the macromolecules oh like, Carbohydrates, Lipid, Nucleic acids, and proteins. Boring. well at least it'll be easy.

I think i did do really well on my English paper but i bombed the quiz yesterday. I hate quiz essays.
i should get my Physics lab back today. He actually commented how he liked some stuff on it. :)

I don't know whether to be happy or scared. I know my physics lab is great so no worry there. Its my English Paper. I have no idea what to expect. Well. I did my best and that's all i can do. Well i think i am going to get a better grade than i though i was. Go Teamwork! I love my sister and father. We will see what i get. Well we get to go on a writing crawl on halloween to either a cemetery or a local abandoned insane asylum. Perfect for Halloween and we will be gone all day.

My sister, the english guru, will be home and she can help me with my research paper. Thank goodness. Well I prefer to call him Matt now, so Psy is now Matt. Well i have 1 more essay to write and the one need to be peroused by my sis along with the research paper. Well i'm so glad i have no school today to work on this though i haven't done much yet. Well back to it.

Well i finished one college essay and almost another. I still need to do my lab and m y research paper finish the essay for the other college, finalize the other essay I'm about done with, and do my research paper. Well at least the reading part of my English class is easy though its the most boring book right now. we are reading pride and prejudice. So boring and so stupid. oh well. I've talk to Psy alto and gotten like almost nothing done today. SO right now I'm going to go downstairs and watch my show and do some of the calcs for my labs. Calculus has been so easy this year so far. I might do really well. Well off to watch NCIS, then House, and then back up here to do actually work. BTW whoever reads this should play Travian on server 3 of travian.com and join my alliance NWJ! now i have to go. Bye!

Weekend is over

Well right now I'm doing essays for my college applications, did i mention i hate English essays, mind you only English essays, and i had to turn in my research paper in on Friday, At least the rough draft. I have no idea what i am going to get on the final draft. I've talked to Psy a lot. He has so helped me get through the boredom but i so got less done. oh well. I can't wait for his next blog cast. I also have to get started on another Physics Lab write-up and do another lab tomorrow and have its write up due sometime later that this one. Ugh. Lots of papers. Well the physics ones aren't to bad. I so should blog more but I've been so busy. ugh. right now I'm remixing, sort of, a phantom of the opera track, Its actually sounds really cool. Go Audacity! Great tool that's free. Well my Internet hasn't been working great lately, crap, so I'm mad at it. Well back to the remixing. Oh and before i forget. My cousin got married yesterday. the reception was go fun and i got the garter, which reminds me its still in the pocket of the pants i wore. Need to go get that out. that's b the second one I've gotten and I've gone to what 2 weddings. Lucky me(sarcasm) and it was funny that my cousin got the bouquet. LOL oh oh and i made up a new smiley like thingy. "::)" Its the four eye's smiley face. LOL!

Busy Busy Busy

Yes i've been busy lately. I've been furiously searching for sources for my research paper, i had a physics lab writeup due a couple days ago, which i did well on thank goodness, and i have an annotated big to do for my research paper and i have a project due in that class of Oedipus, which was a unique story.

Death of RJ

Today was a sad day. I just found out today that my favorite writer Robert Jordan died on Monday. It sucks.

I all suggest you read his Wheel of Time series. Some people may not like fantasy and some things that are out there, but they are all more than average books. They are very dynamic books with very fleshed out characters. The first book is the Eye of the World.

Fish Fry

Well we had a fish fry with my family on labor day. It was fun and the food was delicious. Too bad we had to leave when i was in the middle of a game of o'heck, Its a card game, and i was doing really well. Oh well. My grandpa took my place. It was so much fun. Of course we had to give everyone a senior pic, BTW i got those done, and have everyone say how nice you look, yada yada yada. It was still fun though. I did learn that one of my aunts that lives in Washington is coming for a trip in October.
On another note, i watched the mid-season finale of Kyle XY, damn break, they just had to leave it at a cliffhanger, sort of literally. It was awesome though. I can't wait for it to return in January. I wonder if the clue breaker on the ABC family website will go on a hiatus as well. I don't know.
On even another note, School is still as boring as usually but its getting better. I read the second book in the genesis of Shanara by Terry Brooks which was awesome and I have an essay for Englsih that I know I'm not going to get a good grade on.
On one more note PsyGuy's blog post for September 5 is, as i put, intriguing. BTW i recommend you go visit it. Its very intriguing.

Field Trip

Yeah. We on a fieldtrip to look up stuff for a research in my AP English Class.



I didn't get much but i got some stuff. We had a fun time since the class is pretty small. We did meet up with the other class that we are like wikiing with. It was cool. School has been boring which is normal so i can't wait till things get harder. Its too easy right now.

Pi is Good!

Yah my sisiter brought home a blackberry pie that someone made with the blackberries we picked. It was good.
I Finished by AP book a few days ago and it wasn't that bad. School starts soon which sucks. About 2 weeks. =( nothing much for now. I talked on skype with psyguy,blog link at the bottom of the page, it was fun. First time i'd really ever used skype.

Long time no... Blog?

Well. nothing much has happened since my last post. I got the new Harry Potter Book because it was cheap. I'm not crazy enough to stand in line for hours at a store. I just wait a few days and then buy it. It only took me like 9 hours to read it. Epilogue could have tied up a few remaining questions. Which reminds me i need to order another book from the library.
I found a unique game online called Travian. Its a interesting sim. You first start out with a main building and you can build some building which actually take up time. E.g. If you wanted to build a granary you build it and after about 30 minutes it gets built. you can decrease building build time by leveling up your Main Building which is also essential to unlock new buildings. I'm pretty far along, at least I think, and this is the second day.
Also around you town, which is on a giant map with tons of other players towns, there are resource fields that generate your resources. Leveling a part increases the rate at which you get that resource, eg. increase a fields level to get more grain. They have a tutorial faq site which is useful for beginners[hint...hint...hint] Its mostly a game where you mostly log in for a few minutes, unless you need just a few more resource to research something you want, check on stuff and wait. You can donate money to them in which you get coins used for temporary advantages. You start out with 35 free coins.
Well that's about it for now. Might have more tomorrow. I don't know. I half remind myself of PsyGuy except I'm not amazed by farms [hehe..check his blog!] =)

Its Thursday

Nothing major happened today. It rainedsome more[when will it end!]. I finally got something working right in the oblivion mod i'm working on with some people thanks to some math help. Now its one to the next step of the mod and more math. [sarcasm]woohoo![/sarcasm] Other than that, the day was boring.

Rain

we got a lot of rain today. it was a massive storm but hey it settled all the dirt that covered the hoses coming out the bottom of the downspout. I got a couple books from the library, yah, i like reading. I've finished them too all 500-600 pages together. A couple relevtives were coming out to pick blackberries but we had the storm so that wouldn't of worked out well if they came. =) Other than that the day was boring. Which reminds me i have to read my book for AP english. [ugg. i hate most non fantasy fic]

Blueberry Picking

I went blueberry picking with a few relatives and it was a blast. My mom, sis, and i got about 23 pounds together, and that is a lot of them. After that we ate a picnic lunch on a table there. It was as packed as i had ever seen it. I can't wait to see what my mom creates from all those blueberries. Sis will make smoothies with all kinds of berries. YUM! Mom should make blueberry cobbler. I should convince her to make a blueberry pie. =) My aunt and uncle might come out tomorrow to pic some blackberries. We have tons out here. I'm tired though. I had to get up at about 5:45,which is a tad earlier than my 6:30 i normally do, so we could drive there. We got there and were one of the first groups out. It was a blast.

After the Fair

The demo is now over and I'm back home. Its was a great. There was four heats and in the last heat the wipe out heat which was just random cars and ones from the other heats that worked they had a hurst. It was cool. I got my funnel cake with cherry topping like always. It was fun. after i get back from blueberry picking i might post. I don't know.

Demo Derby

Yah! Another day another day bored. Since the demo was horrible on Friday because they only had 2 heats and not even a final because no one could start. They don't give refunds according to policy, he it is a small fair so it makes some sense. Today's demo is free for the whole public. Its great. I had to dig a trench today with my dad for the new gutters since its a newish house. it sucks in rocky ground and the fact that the ground is mostly hard clay...Ugg. it wasn't fun but a least we did it in the morning before it got into the 90's. Ugg.

Yah for another boring day. We finally got my sisters gun. Yah. But my dad's paying part so i get something expensive too yah. I kind of wish for school to come in session just for something to do and to see my friends more. Which reminds me i have to read my book for AP. East of Eden so far is boring and wierd. oh well. I only picked it because i knew who the author was.
